Yes, we can officiate your wedding too. Below you will find some sample scripts. We can use one of them, or create a fully custom one for you.
Q: Are you able to help coordinate at the reception?
A: Yes, we have two people at your wedding. One person is responsible for the music and the other is responsible for coordinating and making announcements.
Q: Can you provide music for our ceremony?
A: Yes, we can provide music for the ceremony even if it is at another location than your reception.
Q: How long do you need to set up?
A: We like to have an hour to set up prior to the start of the event. (Guests arriving)
Q: How do I reserve a date?
A: We require a signed contract with a $150 deposit to reserve a date.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: We regularly schedule weddings a year in advance for peak season.
Q: When is final payment due?
A: We schedule a final walkthrough 3 weeks prior to your reception. We require final payment at this time. You can pay off earlier and we do take payments.
Q: Do you do more than one event a day?
A: No, we only do one event per day.
Q: Do you take requests?
A: Yes, we encourage them. We even provide a phone number that allows guest to text a request.
Q: Will you help us pick out music for our special songs?
A: Yes, we will review all of these songs with you and offer our experience.
Q: How many songs do you have?
A: We have thousands and thousands of songs. If for some reason we do not have the song you want, we will get it.
Q: Can we submit a "Do Not Play" list?
A: Yes, it is common to have a list of songs or style of song that you do not want played.
Q: How will you be dressed?
A: We match our attire to your wedding style and your requests. A typical wedding will have us in all black dress clothes. As rustic/country themed weddings are on the rise, we are commonly asked to wear jeans and cowboy boots.
Q: Do you require a meal.
A: No, we do not ask to be fed. We also do not drink alcohol during your event.
